Shipping Policy

Goods are dispatched the day after an order has  been placed unless this falls over a public holiday so estimated delivery is calculated in working days (not weekends) from despatched time of goods not order of goods.

We currently offer 2 shipping options. The most economical is regular post which takes 3-5 days from time of dispatch and is delivered counter to counter only.

The second option we now offer is with Citi Sprint couriers. Door to door. For this we need a physical address (not a post office box) and also a contact phone number. Deliveries to outlying areas may take up to two days.

Orders received after 12 noon may only be processed the following day.

Orders placed over the weekend may only be dispatched on Monday.

All orders are subject to a R30.00 handling fee.
While we take every care and make every effort to make sure your parcel arrives timelessly and in good order, we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by third parties such as the post office our courier company. However we undertake to do our best to sort out problems should they arise.
